My amazingly talented neighbor was so nice and took my kids pictures when the apricots were in bloom. They turned out perfect!! Thanks Jamie!

Easter

The Easter bunny found us even though we were in blanding!! The kids had a blast finding their baskets and going on two Easter egg hunts!! They got tons of candy and fun toys!!

The cowboy way

We came to Blanding to teach Dave the cowboy way and hang out with Lacey and the fam for spring break and Easter!!! We have had a blast here was day one!!! Dave got up in the morning and rode the horse and chased the cows to the corral and then he threw down the cows and assisted in the branding process! Then we they had lunch and we realized that we had locked the keys in the truck. Did not get any pictures of that because of course the phones were locked in the car with the keys:) That got a little exciting thinking that the only other set of keys we 8 hours away we were thinging of all possibilites. We were going to break the window, drive all the up and back to get the key, or have someone mail it to us. But thanks to Tylers great family they jimmy rigged it and broke in and unlocked it with wd40 and a wire! It was awesome! They saved our bacon!

Maddison is 6!!

Oh my little Maddison is getting so big! Today she turned 6 and we had a barbie party with a Justin Bieber cake. We made a barbie photobooth box and had all the girls dress up and we took their picture and then we made picture frames to go with the picture. They got their nails done by our sweet neighbors girls and then they all had fun on the swing set and played with their barbies. my favorite was when we busted out the justin cake and Maddison wanted his lips and her other little friend wanted his eyes and the others his hair and shirt so when the cake was all served Bieber of course was gone and the rest of the cake was there. This is a very fun group of girls!
Some fun facts about Maddison are...
She plays the violin
She is a very good reader
She loves to wear her owl mask to bed and still has to keep her night light on
She loves helping her brother and sister
She loves to wrestle
She hates onions and gags when she even looks at one
She loves her kindergarten teacher
She has such a big heart and loves everyone
We lOVE YoU MADDISON!!

I'm so glad when daddy comes home......

Dave has been in Alabama all week and he just got home last night so this morning he decided to take the kids sledding. Oh and they had a blast... well until they went down and got snow plowed in the face. It was so funny I was laughing so hard!! We just love when we get to play with dad!

Crazy Hair Day

Maddison had Crazy hair day/Who hair to celebrate Dr. Seuss birthday and well........I just hope she does not poke out an eye with the hangers that we put in her hair. She is such a good sport!
