Sooooo I got on my blog the other night and I had a really bad headache and some how I erased my blog list so if you can do me a favor if I don't have you blog on the side there please send me a email with your blog on i know that is a hassle and I am so sorry!!

Thanks so much I have learned my lesson no blogging under the influence!! Just kidding!!

Christmas Card

This is our family christmas card this year we did not send one in the mail because we are slackers and we did not have a good family picture. But yesterday we were taking pictures and Maddison wanted to try so we put the camera on the tripod and let her take some pictures and then she wanted to do the timer on the camera so we showed her how to do it and then she ran stood by me and the family picture in the card is the one it took she did a great job!! Merry Christmas!!

Gingerbread House

We decided to make a gingerbread house this year and it went really well it was alot of fun and we could of had more candy on the house but maddison as you can see from the pictures loved to eat the frosting!! Jax loved being a part of the construction and took notes from his sister on what to do next year!!

Big Helpers

Maddison loves it wen it is time to feed Jax she is always looking for some way to help so recently I have been let her feed Jax to keep her busy!! She does a really great job although by Jax face most of it gets around the mouth instead of in!!

She loves to do the airplane sounds and then shove it in his mouth!!

Maddison had watched Kung fu Panda a few weeks ago and now all she does is the kung fu moves. As you can see by her facial expressions she REALLY gets into it! We can't help but laugh because she is so serious about it!! Good times!

This evening for young womens we had a human clue game where we dressed up as the characters of the game clue and I did not have anything army so I decided to be Colonel Mullet.I think that the ward thinks that I am a little crazy!!  It was so fun thanks Annie for the mullet it was a hit!!

My Handsome Hunny!!

Watch out ladies he is already taken!! I know that after seeing this hot picture of my husband you all want to come running but he is already snagged!! HEHE I just wanted to say how grateful I am for Dave his is the greatest. He has put up with me for four years now and all my crazy quarks. Not to mentionwhen I went crazy because we had our mice friends move back into our house. So Dave put on his mouse attack gear and every crack, hole, slit or spot he could find he foamed it. I hope this takes care of the problem if not it looks like desperate times call for desperate measures we will get a cat. But he has been great and I am truely thankful for him and all that he does for me and our kids~~Thanks Dave!!

The BIG Movie

Maddison went to her first theater this weekend and watched Madagascar 2 on the BIG screen. She had a lot of fun. It was really overwhelming at first and she leaned over to me and said mom it is too loud! But after a while she got use to it. We went with my mom and brother and Maddison was in between my brother and I the whole time and she had to hold our hands because she was so nervous. The look on her face was priceless when the movie began! She did great!

Halloweenie

I don't know if any of you say the sunrise on friday morning but it was perfect to start off Halloween. The orange sky was so beautiful!!

Here is Maddison in her Tinkerbell costume she did not want to wear this costume and we tried all the things we could think of to get her to wear it and finally I thought of the tinkerbell movie so I rented it and we watched it on friday and then she was more than happy to wear her costume it was great!!

Here is Jax my little lion he is getting so big and is he is now 6 months and he is showing his little personality I love this picture. He is now getting his two bottom teeth!!

We were just hanging out waiting to go trick or treatn!! As Maddison would say! she loved going door to door although she would just stare at the people until they gave her candy and then she would skip off the porch and say mom lets go to another one this is fun!! We had a great time!!

Tutus and Cupcakes

I decided to try making a tutu this weekend it turned out very poof-a-licious. Maddison likes it and she loves to shake her money maker in it as you can see from the picture!! It was alot of fun to make and I was surprised at how easy it was!
These cupcakes are the best!! Jamie our neighbor brought them over and I had to share them with you. They are little spider cupcakes with big eyes. It made my day everytime I looked at them it just made me laugh thanks again Jamie they were darling.

Bowling!!

This weedend Daves sister was in town so we went to see her and went bolwing. Maddison was so funny she is a big fan of bowling. She even got a STRIKE all by herself. Then everytime she would come back from "pushing" the ball down she would do this hop thing with her hands in the air it was so fun. She was the official tell us when it was our turn person. She would stand up at the little box thing and push the button and then tell the person who turn it was to get going. We had a lot of fun!!

The Mouse

Well that time is here when all my little friends decide to come inside and take over my house. It gives me the creeps to see them or even hear them!! So yesterday I had to brave getting one by myself. It started off early in the morning when I could see a few tails hanging out of my fan vent in the bathroom so i got the mighty putty (which works great) and made sure that the vents could not fall off. Then I laid out the sticky trap and around 11:30 a.m. bam I snagged one. The tail just got stuck on the paper and so it could move around and it was giving me the willies. So i tried to call a few people and got a hold of sweet Emily Miller who is so brave I had her come over and help me plan how to get the mouse. Emily had a great plan to block the mouse and then open the garage door and have him run out. So we blocked it all off in the mean time Jax is screaming because he is hungry and Maddison wants to see the mouse.  I was shaking and my heart was going a million miles a minute as the mouse tired to get away. But we got him in the bucket and took him outside!! Wahoo one down a million to go!! I definately need a cat!! Thanks again Emily!!

Going Brown?

Alright I am needing a change I think I am going back to my roots!! HAHA Never had brown hair always been blonde so what da ya think? I will probably chicken out but just wanted to see what I would look like with brown hair!!

WHY.........

Well I have been waiting for this time to arrive and it happend overnight. The WHY stage every kid goes through it where everything that we tell Maddison she always has to ask WHY. It is getting a little irritating so last night she asked me why Jax was spitting up I told her he had the hiccups and she of course asked WHY and so I gave her this long explaination of why you get the hiccups and that make her stop asking why at least for that conversation. So I am going to answer her in very technical terms for now on and maybe I won't hear the WHY so much. We will see what happends!! I think it is really funny because after I give her the explaination she looks at me crinkles up her face and says "oh ok". It is great!!

ST GEORGE

We went to St george for a late anniversary it was so nice to take a break and relax a bit.

WE found out that our favorite burger joint came to Utah and we had to go.to in and out it was sooo good. When we got there Dave and I were making fun of how late they were open and thought who would come and get a burger at 1:30 a.m. Little did we know that we would be the ones getting a burger the next day at 1:00 a.m. After we went to the play we were hungry and so at 1:00 a.m we went and got a burger. Believe it or not there was a huge line that late at night!! Thank you IN N Out Burger for being open so late!! It was delicious!

Here we are at Les Miserable’s down at the Tuachan theater. The wind was blowing so it looks like I am going bald so don't pay attention to the big forhead. Anyways there's nothing like a good musical underneath the stars with my handsome husband.

Laundry Day

Wednesday is offically wash day at our house and inorder to get it all done I get Maddison and Jax involved. We go for rides in the laundry basket and when I get tired Maddison takes a turn pushing the basket around the house. I walked in the room and found Maddison taking Jax for a spin in the basket. It was so funny Jax looks like he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar!! Needless to say clothes are everywhere at the end of wash day but it sure makes for a fun time!!

The many faces of Maddison. I just had to post this because she has so many facial expressions you never know what face she is going to pull! I just wanted to put down a few things she says all the time......"Don't worry be happy", "Don't worry mom i right here", "What doin", "I be right back k", "oh JAx buddy I know" (She says this when he is crying), "My friends here", and when she is playing by her self or Jax is crying she sings winkle winkle widdle star and then ends it with W,X,Y and Z!!! I hope i can get it on video it is so funny to hear!!

Third Times The Charm

This is our little Jaxton he is growing so fast and yes he does have casts on his little legs. It is to help correct his feet! We have had to get these on three times and hopefully third time is the charm. He has kicked off the little blue ones so we had to go to the ugly plaster. The doctor said that if he kicks these off then we have to cast the whole leg so hopefull he will not kick these off. I don't know how I would handle that. It has been quite the experience already it is hard to change his diaper and hold him and if you don't get out of his way fast enough you will be wacked by the casts. I have been hit a few times and it leaves quite the mark. He has been a trooper and I think we likes them he lifts up his legs and then lets them fall and it makes a loud noise and he starts laughing. We call him bam bam!! When we go out in public I do look like the abusive mom. People ask me what I did to his legs and I have to explain that it is to help correct his feet and they give me that look like sure they are.

IF WE HAD MORE HAIR

Well we were bored so we decided to try the miracle grow on our heads today and kaboom we instantly got long lushes locks!!

This was our weekend activity we decided to ride the Frontrunner down to SLC. It was alot of fun Maddison loved riding on the train and wanted to see every part of the train. She wanted to go upstairs and then back down and looked out the windows and held on to the bar. She was really excited!! It was great and the time went by really fast. Jax even loved the train but we discovered that he gets car sick or train sick.We rode it all the way down to the Gateway where we met up with Grandma and Pa and played in the water.
We also went to the Farmers Market and that was a blast to see all the fruit and vegis and to people watch.
