We had a wonderful fourth of July we ran the Freedom 5k in the morning and we did ok. Dave kicked my butt his time was 26min and I was ten minutes behind him at 36. Everyone in my family except my brother, who was watching the kids, ran the race. My parents ran the 10 k and Atty Dave and I ran the 5. It was so much fun. Then we went to the Lindon pool, by the way is the best city pool I have ever been to, we had a blast and ran into a lot of people we knew! We ran into the Andersons and my old friend from high school Trina it was so good to see them. Then it was off the the Clarks annual BBQ which always has yummy food and it was good to see all the Fam!! We had a great time!!

I have seen the new pool over in Lindon. I can't wait to check it out. Soon enough I guess. I am impressed by your time in the 5k. It would take me well over an hour to run it. I hope to run it next year. I can't wait!
We certainly rocked that 5k we got it in the bag next year! I'm glad there wasn't pictures of me in my bathing suit that could have scared the kids!
