Maddison entered a photo that she took when we were up in the mountains taking family pictures. The theme was Diversity means...... Try explaining this to a five year old. For her picture she took some leaves that were different colors and took a picture of them. We turned it in and did not think anything about and then the awards assembly came and we went and found out that she had taken second place. WAhooooo! She got a little trophy with her name on it and she has slept with it ever since. She was so excited to win.

that is so cute! and makes me feel better she slept with her trophy! mckinlay slept with her soccer trophy too and ty and i were laughing wondering is we needed to have a little discussion about "idol worship" :).
