Juneau

The first stop was Juneau and boy was I so glad to see land I got a little squeemish from the boat rocking and rolling. We went on the deck and our first glance of Juneau was so green and you could see a huge waterfall from the town. The crew decided to go whale watching and Dave and I decided to stay back and just walk around the town. So a few adventures happened and Dave's dad got sick before they went whale watching so we took him back to the boat and got him settled and then we were off like a herd or turtles walking through the town. Unknown to me Dave had his eyes set to find the trail to the waterfall and get a closer look. So we are walking and walking and then we were in the mountains and of course I am thinking we better stay in town if someone jumps us and throws us in the river we are goners. But we carried on anyways and came to this awesome bridge that was made out of wood. so we took a few pics of that then found a trail and followed a ways and saw tons of little waterfalls and lots of green trees. We headed back to the boat and saw this cute purple house with lots of beautiful flowers. It was fun to explore the town and i am glad to say we did not get jumped and had a great time.
